Christianah Robinson

Christianah Robinson is a strategic communications, corporate affairs and sustainability leader with almost a decade of international experience across more than 30 countries, including her tenure with Diageo and Guinness. She specializes in translating complex business, ESG and sustainability priorities into communications that build reputation, engage stakeholders and drive impact.

Christianah holds an MBA in Sustainability, and is ISSB certified. She brings expertise across corporate communications, ESG, employee engagement, PR, stakeholder relations, change communications and strategic storytelling. Her work has received multiple recognitions, including the Global CEO Celebrate-Life Award for Championing Inclusion and Diversity, the Ubuntu Award for Leading with Impact and Empathy, the Progressive Category Award for exceptional ESG delivery, and the Unsung Hero Award for revolutionizing engagement across 32 countries.

Now based in Ontario, Christianah is the founder of Trees & Thoughts, an integrated communications and creative practice. Through her work at TNT, she develops strategic toolkits and playbooks that equip communications, PR, marketing and HR professionals with practical frameworks for navigating complex challenges, available through her digital stores on Study Place and Payhip.

Christianah is also a professional moderator, speaker, debut author, and digital creator. On LinkedIn, she writes The Perception Advantage, a thought-leadership newsletter exploring the intersection of reputation, influence, and personal branding.

An active IABC member, Christianah has moderated IABC sessions and represented the Africa region at the 2026 IABC World Conference in Toronto. Now the Director of Professional Development for Southwestern Ontario, she is committed and passionate about helping communicators grow their influence, expertise and impact.
