Milana is a communications and marketing professional who is passionate about finding the heart in every experience and using impactful storytelling to connect people, ideas, and communities. Her approach to communications combines strategic thinking with creative storytelling to help inform decisions and drive meaningful engagement. She currently works at the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy, where her love of science, writing, and reading intersect. A lifelong reader, Milana co-runs the Kitchener Silent Book Club chapter, and volunteers with the Kitchener Public Library at author events.
